Here's what the apartment includes:

- LIVING ROOM: Featuring a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, armchair, and TV.
- KITCHENETTE: Equipped with a cooking hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee, tea sets, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided for convenience.
- BEDROOM I: Furnished with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
- BEDROOM II: Consists of a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
- BATHROOM: Includes two sinks, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
- TWO BALCONIES: Offering outdoor furniture for relaxation.

The playroom is open from 12:00 to 20:00, and the SPA area is accessible from 14:00 to 22:00.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

Please note that in 2024, there will be technical breaks in the SPA scheduled for November 18-24, 2024, during which the pool, jacuzzi, and saunas will not be available.
