Younger guests will delight in the playroom, where they can enjoy indoor activities even during inclement weather. The apartment's air conditioning ensures a comfortable environment regardless of outdoor temperatures.

- Living Room: Furnished with a sofa bed, TV, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and balcony access.
- Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a two-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, cutlery, pots, glasses, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker with a welcome package including coffee and tea sets, sugar, as well as essential spices such as salt and pepper.
